Tact Group - Information Movie The group history TACT group, a privately owned founded in 1990 in Rehovot Science Park, Israel.The group has started with nine subsidiaries companies and activities centers engaged in technology, finance, software, Defense, Governmental organizations, academic institutes, Communication and Hi-tech companies. TACT established by two formenrs Israeli officers from the Intelligence and Air Force corps with vast knowledge and experience in the field of real-time systems and general software R&D processes.TACT Group organizational structured by independent sub companies and activity centers supported by the group’s facilities and services to optimize the operation and maximize the capabilities of each one of its subsidiaries and the entire group. TACT Group employed over 550 engineers, software experts, technicians, and leading experts in a variety of expertise including: Analysis, design and development of software for computer embedded systems and IT systems, software and systems testing. On May 2008 Matrix (The largest Israel software company) performs one of its major acquisitions by acquiring most of TACT Group.
